We focus on full and transparent communication between owner and client. This communication will be carried out from the beginning of the project to the end.
We will go through the project details and what to expect during construction during our pre estimate walk through. This will be followed by a cost estimate, potential schedule, and expectations of both the owner and contractor. If the client accepts the estimate, we will confirm expectations from both parties before signing a contract.
Once the job is complete, the owner and client will do a final walk through to confirm owner satisfaction. Once complete, both will sign a project completion form where final payment will be accepted.
